Unfortunately, it's been like this for a long time, I don't really think that the employees care too much. Maybe some of them do, I'm not sure though. During the food inspection, our 3 hash browns were literally rock hard. Had a pleasure conversation with the manager. She walked over to the remaining hash browns and tossed away more rock hard ones. The manager was very professional and provided 3 perfectly tasty hash browns. Thanks again Ms. Manager.October 17, 2016
